Drink Your Tea Fully Aware

“Drink your tea slowly and reverently, as if it is the axis on which the earth revolves—slowly, evenly, without rushing toward the future.”
Thich Nhat Hanh, "The Miracle of Mindfulness"

This is one of his most well-known teachings. Drinking tea is not just drinking—it’s a meditation. When we are fully present with our cup of tea, we are in touch with life, with the present moment. There is no need to hurry. The tea becomes a doorway to the wonders of life.

GREAT WHITE SHAN TEA 🌟

Great White Shan tea is harvested from an ancient Shan Tuyet tea tree 300 – 500 years old at an altitude of 1300m
🌿 Long revered as the "king of all teas," white tea is a treasured delicacy. Our Shan White Tea is hand-harvested in the early days of spring, when the tender buds have yet to unfold. Carefully gathered by local highland farmers, each tea bud is adorned with a delicate white down. No heat is applied during processing — instead, the buds are sun-dried and gently exposed to the cool, misty air of the mountain forests, preserving the pristine essence of the ancient woodland.

🌿 The flavor profile is subtle and refined: a light astringency, earthy freshness reminiscent of wild herbs after the rain, with a soft hint of fragrant osmanthus. The lingering sweet aftertaste gently embraces the mouth, evoking purity and grace. When steeped hot, this tea yields up to 10–12 infusions; when cold-brewed overnight, its delicate fragrance and nuanced flavors reveal themselves even more profoundly — leaving tea lovers enchanted with every sip.

🌿 More than just a botanical masterpiece, white tea is also valued for its health benefits. It supports blood circulation, helps lower cholesterol, and enhances cardiovascular function. Especially rich in antioxidants, it aids in neutralizing harmful free radicals and contributes to cancer prevention.

Instructions for mixing:

HOW TO BREW HOT:

* Avoid cleaning the kettle with boiling water before brewing.
* Put an amount of tea from 8-10 grams into a 150ml pot
* Boil water and cool to 80-90 degrees. Steep the tea for 1-2 minutes depending on your preference for strong or light tea.
* Pour out all the tea in the pot. Steam the tea in the pot, let it rest for 1-2 minutes, then continue adding water. 1 kettle can make 8-10 times the amount of water.

HOW TO BREW COLD
* Add 10 grams of Bach Shan White Tea
* 500ml purified water.
* Place in the refrigerator after 8 hours (or 2 hours at normal temperature). You will have 500ml of delicious tea.
Cold brewing helps all the nutrients in the tea to be released, the tea has a sweet, grassy aroma, and a sweet aftertaste.

Storage: Dry place, avoid direct light
